Assistant Professor, Hydrology and Atmospheric Sciences; Institute of Atmospheric Physics
Expertise Improvement of rainfall estimation by weather radar and its impact on rainfall-runoff model simulations. Development of a new hyperresolution hydrological model for use in Earth System models. Research interests cover the components of atmospheric science (e.g. radar-rainfall remote sensing, and precipitation microphysics and variability) and hydrological science (e.g. rainfall-runoff modeling of hillslopes and river basins).
